юр. владеть чем-л.John Smith does hereby acknowledge and declare that he, his successors and assigns (hereinafter called the "Trustee"), do now, and shall until otherwise directed by Mary Lane, her respective successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively called the "Beneficiaries" and individually the "Beneficiary") stand seized or possessed of the assets, from time to time listed in Schedule "A", annexed hereto and initialled by the parties hereto, including all monies which may be payable in respect of the said assets whether by way of interest, dividends in cash or in specie or distributions of any kind whatsoever or otherwise howsoever, and all benefits pertaining to the said assets (hereinafter called the "Assets") as a bare trustee of the Assets in trust for and on behalf of the Beneficiary, forever, and that the Trustee will convey, transfer, dispose of or deal with the Assets and any other right, title, interest, income, dividends in cash or in specie or distributions of any kind whatsoever or otherwise howsoever or capital paid in respect thereof, and any other benefits howsoever appertaining thereto or arising therefrom, in such manner as the Beneficiary shall from time to time in writing direct with respect to her respective Assets. — Джон Смит действительно настоящим подтверждает и объявляет, что он, его преемники и представители (в дальнейшем именуемые «доверительным собственником») владеют сейчас и будут владеть, если иное не будет приказано Мэри Лейн, ее соответствующими преемниками и представителями (в дальнейшем коллективно именуемыми «бенефициарами», а каждый по отдельности — «бенефициаром»), активами, время от времени вносимыми в список «А», прилагаемый при сем и завизированный сторонами, включая все денежные суммы, которые могут быть уплачены в отношении указанных активов — как в виде процентов, дивидендов, наличными или монетой или распределяемой прибыли любого типа и какими бы то ни было способами, и всеми выгодами, имеющими отношение к упомянутым активам (в дальнейшем называемым «активами») в качестве опекуна данных активов, в обязанности которого входит держать право собственности и передать его в определенное время, в доверенном владении за и от имени бенефициара, без ограничения срока, и что доверительный собственник будет передавать, осуществлять перевод, размещать и вести дело с активами и любым иным правом, правом собственности, процентами, доходами, дивидендами наличными или монетой или распределяемой прибылью любого типа и какими бы то ни было способами или капиталом, выплачиваемом в отношении к упомянутому, и любыми иными выгодами, имеющими отношение к упомянутому или из него вытекающему — таким способом, каковым бенефициар будет время от времени в письменном виде приказывать в отношении к ее соответствующим активам.
